Principles reflect the values that guide how a person wants to contribute through their work and life. Students explore the causes, motivations, and priorities that shape their decisions and help them identify the kind of impact they hope to make in the world.
Understanding a student’s principles provides an important foundation for choosing educational and career paths that feel meaningful and sustainable over time.
Personality
How you are wired
Every student brings a unique combination of strengths, preferences, and ways of thinking. Through guided conversations and assessments, students gain insight into how they naturally solve problems, interact with others, and approach challenges.
Understanding personality helps students recognize environments and careers where their natural abilities can flourish.
Preparation
Experiences that have shaped you
Students often underestimate how much their past experiences already reveal about their future direction. Academic interests, extracurricular activities, part-time jobs, service opportunities, and personal challenges all contribute to a student’s developing strengths and interests.
